The pantry not only cares for 300-400 families per month but it was founded and is staffed entirely by volunteers.
The Framingham Food Pantry has been providing emergency food assistance since its doors opened in 1993. During the past 25+ years, thousands of families have benefited from the pantry's services.
Through a network of Chapters across North America, we unite in service to address unmet community needs, respond locally to disasters and engage volunteers in acts of service.
In the past decade, 2.7 billion people have been affected by disaster. We help communities prepare for disasters before they happen and we are there to respond and rebuild when they do.
Today one in seven people do not have access to health care. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate health and social services to the world’s poorest and most vulnerable citizens.
Bringing hope and changing lives in more than 70 countries. See where we are serving those in desperate need.
